Just an update im Lee sent some awesome pictures of an original Madine Staff to me but i still can see any differences between the Madine REPRO and the Madine Original so im gonna buy a conmplete madine off ebay (yes i hate the figure and it pains me but needs must) so i can do full camparision pictures of the 2 weapons side by side and hopefully identifiy a way to tell them apart at this stage the only thing i think maye tell them apart is colour the original staffs seem slightly off white almost a cream colour whilst the REPRO staff is very white again i cant confirm this until i have both side by side.

I have just purchased 8 more vintage REPRO's that are not catolouged on the Intertnet a big thanks to Chris and AJ for help in fund this further research Once we they arrive we can get to work on them here then he next step will be the REPRO Droid / Ewok weapons.

i got luke storm trooper helm this week ill get both lots of photo's sorted this weekend

That Biker Scout pistol looks horrible....dont know who that would fool.

i had planned on buying a few of these to use on my custom scouts but the moldings ar soooooo bad ill just either leave them without or use slightly ropey originals to paint up

That blaster looks like Scards got ahold of it first for a repro meltdown. I'll look over the Madine staffs later and see if I can spot anything since I got one in now, Jay.

Just checked the Madine staff and I'd have to say the only thing I could see was the detail on the top part is slightly different. Other than that, I couldn't see much different in them.

Its not as bad as the last bikerscout blaster that was painted grey!

Any ideas about what the description for the new Bikerscout REPRO should be as ill be adding it to the main site later.

Are the 'new' repro Bib & black chirpa staff's floaters?

Besides the poor mold pore on the Scout blaster, I couldn't see much on it. I'll let the Scout collectors have that one.

Bib's staff:
On the two I got theres no mold circle on either one of them.

Plus not sure on all varients, but the two I have have inner circles on the top part of the staff

The ball in the center is more lined up evenlly when looking at it from the side, instead of one side higher/lower than the other and it doesn't have that welded look like the repro does.


Ledy Emperor staff:

The only thing I see is that it doesn't have the "L" on it. I don't have one to compare the rest of it to.
