As you can see all the pictures are exactly the same so avoid guys!

I just looked at the Palitoy talking R2. The pictures are different, are they not? One has a blue background and the other a white.

I'm with Chris on the R2. One box is on an angle, shows a tear.

Anyone call them out yet???

Im just wondering if it is a scam ? how does it work???

They've changed the photo's on the Romba & Palitoy talking R2 guys.

If you check the view all revisions in the description section,the romba was changed this morning at 0816 BST & the palitoy talking R2 at 0903 BST.

When i posted this thread this morning,they were exactly the same photo's as in the geniune auction listings.

Once when someone stole one of my pictures from one of my completed auctions their item sold for more than twice mine, It really pissed me off

Its very easy to report this on ebay now adays, as long as you have the two item numbers. The item is normally ended and the seller normally gets a warning.

That could be the case John,maybe i was a bit hasty in saying that they've stolen other peoples auctions when all they've done is use other peoples photo's but even if they do have the items,they could be in really bad condition & SNAD due to the lack of their own pic's!

Like you've said,best to steer clear of these!

Sorry guys it looks like this was a false alarm!

They've changed the Palitoy talking R2 photo & added a Droid Factory & Rebo Band & they all have the same background.

As John said,they must've used a stock photo until they got their own pics up,i was concerned that they had ripped off other peoples auctions & it now looks like this wasn't the case!

Its not clever to steal peoples pictures for your auctions.

Somebody about 5 months ago stole pictures from the main TIG site to sell there REPRO Weapons the worst thing was they used pictures of original weapons on there REPRO listings! To top it off they had about 200 auctions all with my pictures!

I was beyond furious so i ended up ringing eBay and demanded to speak to a manger in trust and safety just 1 hour later the seller was no longer registered on ebay.

So that goes to show its not worth taking other peoples pictures.
