I had to back out of my preorder for the 4-LOM/Zuckuss set, so I'm not sure if I want to try going after this collection. Maybe if it's made available for less than Brian's Toys around CV. What do you guys think?

All pre-orders are going to be higher than the original price. I pre-ordered the SDCC Marvel Universe Black and White Captain America of Ebay for $25.00, not expecting Hasbro to have them on their website. But after the Con, they had them for regular price $9.00. So the best thing to do is wait and see what they go for after CV or have someone pick up the set for you there if your not going.

Indeed. Plus, Brian's Toys and BBTS are always more expensive no matter what.

Now that the new AT-AT has been found in Australia, it'll be interesting to see what happens in the time between now and August.

It's unbelievable, but SWS is actually the cheapest so far for preorders of this line. They beat Brians, BBTS, and many others. Not by much, but it counts.

I'm still on the fence about this line. My (lack of) finances are the biggest factor. I sure hope that HTS gets a large enough allocation of the 4-LOM/Zuckuss set to meet demand, and their price is better than Brian's $29.99. I keep feeling that if I don't get this set, I will pass on the whole line. I got tons of stuff I want to unload to bring in some cash, but I know that I'm not the only one in the poor house.

Hey guys. I'm brand new here and this may be old news but I just got my whole case 2010 vintage wave 1 from Toysrus last night. I had to ask for the entire case because they only had a few on display. On the case it said not to put out for sale before August 1st but the store was able to sell them anyway.

Plus until the end of today all SW figures are buy 1 get 1 half off. The case had 2 Vaders. I got an extra Boba so I can open one.

If anyone would like to see my pictures let me know where would be the appropriate place to post.

Hope this helps.

On the topic of Modern Vintage a guy joined SWF as he has 60 George Lucas Vintage Style Saga MOC's all unopened with unused mailers these things are already selling for 10gbp - 15gbp on ebay due to the amount of them about only a year ago one of these with an unused mailer would sell for 25gbp - 30gbp no problem and when they first came out the prices were between 30gbp - 40gbp even higher at the begining when people tripped over themsleves to collect all the vouchers buy buying 5 MOC's to send off to get the Lucas Stormie Mail Away!!.

The fact that one guy has had 60 unsed ones just highlights the sheer scale that these modern vintage remakes are produced at.

Hasbro aim them at collectors hence the vintage tie in so the vast majority are never opened i predict now that these modern 2010 vintage collection will be near worthless in 2 years time just like the VOTC Vintage Original Trilogy Collection and the VSTC Vintage Saga Collection.

Its also worth noting that the George Lucas Stormie was a mail away just like the Fett is with the 2010 vintage whats the betting that we will see tons of these fetts on ebay in 2 years time! It a shame Hasbro take advantage and i feel sorry for the people buying up all the 2010 vintage MOC at infalted prices just to get the tokens to send off for the 2010 vintage Fett mail away! Guys these things will be 10 a penny on ebay not long from now!

If you like them then the smart thing to do would be wait a year or 2 until the buzz dies and ebay is over saturated with them i was speaking to one guy on RS who collects modern and he said the numbers these things are been produced in is crazy!

Hi Dallas, I would be happy to see your set of TVC MOCs. If you like you can post pictures in the modern SW purchases thread.

Hi JT, you already managed to pick up the Jedi-Con 4-LOM/Zuckus exclusive set?
