Had my first full suit up tonight with what I have so far. Still lots to be done. Belts and Gun are on there way, cod piece to attach. Still need to weather the cream Flak Jacket that the armour is attached to and weather the boots. Then the Jet Pack to come...

I think the Fett will end up better than the stromtrooper. I guess it takes more than just rolling around in the dirt to get the weathered look I can't wait for the Tusken raider - the head of that is awesome

Hiya Carl, All going well bud, glad to hear you're spending money Where you getting your Blaster from? Haven't done an update in here for a while. Well I completed my first troop as a stormie, here's some photos... I'm the short trooper by the way! Went round a mates tonight as we have a troop tomorrow night and this is his first venture out as Vader. I'm going as a TK but I thought I would take all my Fett gear round and have my first full suit up. Gutted as half way to his house I realised I left my gloves at home. Now tonight's trial run was mainly for him, so I didn't get much help suiting up therefore my ammobelt is sitting wrong, my braids are not well positioned and my gautlet hoses need sorting. I still need to weather my Flak vest and get my knee armour connections correct. I'm waiting on my shin tools and Jet Pack. But this is me so far, let me know what you think.

Hey Stu, I didn't know you were so much in trooping till I saw your limelight. Great costumes!! I also like your Tusken Raider prop, a fantastic piece. I have a cousin who is pretty active as well. He has made himself a AT AT driver and TIE Fighter pilot costume. The AT AT driver costume was not suitable for an application for the 501st he told me, because it was weathered too much and therefore did not exactly resemble the AT AT drivers in the movie. The 501st seems to be quite strict, is that also your experience? How about those AT-AT drivers climbing out of their AT AT walker after it was shot down, for sure they wouldn't have sparkling white costumes any more. Oh dumb, we did not see that happening in the movie actually. Below you see his costume (protoype without the appropiate boots )

Glad to see there is another prop and costume nut around these parts! Great work all around and your Fett is coming together very well I helped a friend of mine with his Fett costume. That's a project that never ends but merely "upgrades".
