iam looking for the name of a charakter , from cant remeber wich episode

i think if i remeber correct he's wearing a flightsuit and a race helmet his face is a skull ,

fuck , ive been looking for minimum two hours and a half all over the net and cant find him anywhere

i dont even know if they made a fig from him

finaly after another try , i found it , i was looking for "rum sleg"

I think he is a background character in EP IV when they are in Mos Eisley....

he was actualy seen on mos espa during the podraces
