The figure has lacking some chrome and the limbs are loose but the no coo version of this figure is rare as hell. Esp. the version with fully covered Hong Kong. Personally I had only seen two of this version but about 6 with partial covered coo.

I took pictures with and without flash to show the condition.

Since I don't know about a public sale of this variant, he is up for trade only.
