Once everyone has decided who is being a Santa, I start another thread " Secret Santa Christmas wish list " Everyone who is a Santa then writes their wishlist of items around the $50 mark. Some wish lists can be simple like 'anything vintage' or porn etc...... Then I 'pair' people up. ie. I'll PM you who you are getting a present for & their address- you look at their list and get them a present
