That catalog is no big thing imo. The GB POTF catalog and this SW catalog were reprinted from the Area 51 magazine but you can clearly read this on the backside-cover.

Sorry for the late reply - yes the SW catalog also has a "reprint" notice on its backside. It is printed in white letters on black and similar to the one on the POTF catalog.
