| Carl, ive had issues with my knee in the past ( 3 ops to sort ), i found a support bandage helped a lot and some gel that you can rub in. can get it over the counter at chemist which has pain killer in it, warms up as well, sorry cant remember the name. im in the same boat with shift work and losing the extra allowance when off so know its a pain when your off hope you get it sorted mate Andy |
