| As the title says! What would people like to see added to the main TIG Reference site in 2010? As far as im concerned the site belongs to us all and its up to us guys how far we take it over the next year What i would like to see is a really progress made with the Lily Ledy Figure Guide but that will only be realised with enough help from as many people as possible. I also want to complete the sections that are still missing items there is a list in this section so if you can help let me know Martajin (Shoenix) has helped by writing some drafts up for some of the intros to the sections that are incomplete i will be going through those drafts and adding them to the site over these next few days cheers buddy We have an unlimited amount of webspace so we can continue to build up the reference pages without restriction. If there is anything you can help with in any way then please shoot me or one of the MOD's a PM and we can make it happen. I just want to mark the fact that we have reached 50 forum members which i thing is a great achievement considering the forum only went live on 19th Nov 2009! I really hope we can continue to grow over the next year and stand out as a friendly vintage corner full of top class stand up guys who not only look out for each over but go that extra mile to support each other through our collecting journeys regardless of experience Thanks again lads Jay |

| Jay, theres pix of Ledy on the SWF that we used, you might want to add them here m8 I have some more loose Ledy but before posting photos i still need to confirm they are Ledy, i also have scans of some Ledy catalogues from the day that may be worthy of adding |

| I want us to have the most comprehensive loose Ledy guide.
My priority over the coming weeks is to get the photos at a decent enough level to be used for the site.
I found the manual for my camera today so I'm gonna have a play about. |

| That sounds like a good idea Burnsy. Good quality clear photos are exactly what we need so you can easy distinguish the differences. Im glad you can do them as im crap with a camera! |

| "I want us to have the most comprehensive loose Ledy guide" this will be the 'big jewel in the crown' There are still gaps in the main weapons section to fill as well. They could probably be a vehicle parts repro section? ie. AT-AT chin guns, bulb cover, battery cover. Y-wing top gun, front guns etc.. |

| In think that we should have 2 focuses for now.
Firstly tidying up the main weapons/accessory side of things ie adding the figures each one came with where possible - i think this is VERY important, & also adding more anotations/notes making identification easier/quicker.
Secondly the Ledy guide, i would like to see this get off the floor this year, but not necessarily completely in the public eye. Maybe tackle a few figures at a time, put out a call (to everyone) in a thread for photos & info to identify each one, then put the info together in a common card type format before issuing it to the wider public for a final check. Probably similar to how you did the main site Jay.
btw...as a natural progression i would like a Glasslite & Top Toys guide to follow.... I think other variants should be left to Wolff for the time being. |

I thought about that Jimmy but i didnt want to have to many sections on the forum when starting out. I figured people would just use vintage chat for valuation questions at the mo.
If people want a vintage valuation request section i can add one easily and move the current valuation threads in there if they think its beneficial either now or at a later date?
What do people think? |

| If it's easy to move stuff later, then i'd leave it for now. I'd like to see as few sections as possible for the moment on the main menu. |

| How about a D.I.Y/Projects/Tips section for like cabinet blueprints (home made etc), so if people fancy making their own or just having a go like Homer Simpson would - they have dimensions/materials lists/rough price guides etc etc, Dioramas could also fit in here, life size Boba Fetts plans, anything fan built really i guess - who needs a full size AT-AT? Could also include Pro Technique Photography (as has been touched on in the other thread), hints/tips/settings etc you name it. How to make an R2-D2 out of a beer can. You get the idea |
