Hey fellas. I had a really great day going to check the PO Box. Joes, Sw bootleg,Super Powers and now some comic and comic figure goodness.

First up we have the complete run of "Fall of the Hulks" story arc. Can't wait to dig into this one. YAAAAA!!

Next up is the definition of a "pile" of comics. All Hulk and I haven't even gotten to check them all out yet. There's two or three in each bag!! Thanks Chris. You're a pal.

And finally we have a figure I'm totally pumped over. A Remco Energized Spider-Man. I'll have to put some batteries into him and see if he still climbs his web. I always wanted one of these as a kid. Now I have one. It's pretty sweet. the box is a bit beat but I don't care. AWESOME CHILDHOOD DREAM COME TRUE!!!!!!!!

Paul, you think that pix blurry, shouldve seen the first one. Looked like a crack head who hasnt had any in 3 hours took it. lol!

As for the Energized Spidey, you can find them pop up every now and then on Ebay, but finding one thats not expensive is another thing.

Paul- Most of the Spidys I've found usually come wthout the box. The box wasn't a priority but when I found this one for such a low start bid I had to see what would happen.

On a side note I put a battery in him the other night and the flashlight you plug into his side works. cheers But then I realized (after actually reading the side of the box) it takes a C cell battery. Not the AA I shoved into it Embarassed . So I have to get a proper battery to see if the climbing feature works. Not even sure how that works yet.

Chris- The Wolvies all look sweet. And I recall that Swamp Thing cover from my brotehrs collection. It's one I didn't manage to "borrow" into my own collection.

Now that I got these dug out, figured Id show them off. These are all mail away figure packs.

X-Force

Marvel Superheroes

Marvel Superheroes

Marvel Superheroes

Union Jack Toy Fair mag mail away exclusive

Canadian X-Men Set A by Charan Toys

Set C

Back of the box

If anybody runs across sets B and D, let me know, or any other sets like these I dont have. Im looking to get a complete run of the mail-aways for these.

Now for some ugly bootlegs. These arent vintage, so I didnt want to clutter up the other thread.

Super Special Heroes. They special all right. Laughing

back of the package

Light up Spidey and knock off cell phone. The center of Spideys chest has a light in it that lights up.

Well I may have started a bad habit today. I went to Wal-Mart and picked up one of these DC Universe figures I've been looking at for awhile. First up is Golden Age Green Lantern. And yes I opened the package and took the figure out and touched it affraid . It's pretty nice. I like it. It comes with a little button with GL punching out a bad guy. And it comes with a leg for the Collect and Connect Figure of the Ultra-Humanite, whoever that is. This may become a bad habit. I want more.

Chris--
That is some sweet stuff! I've never even heard of those mail aways. Way cool!

And Paul--
Sweet GL! GL in generally is quickly overtaking Batman for my favorite hero at the moment.

Hey fellas. Been abit since my last post here. My wife laeft he camara at her moms. Which is a good drive away. Thanks honey. Smile

Anyway I've gotten a few pickups in since then. A couple of really cool ones too.

First up is an Iron Man proto figure. At least we think it is. I'm no expert on first shots. Even if it's a fake it looks cool sitting on my table here. It was cheap enough it doesn't matter either way.

Next is another figure from the DC Classics series. Hourman. He's kind of a lame character but I think he's kinda cool.

Here we have DC Archives Editions Wonder Woman Volumes 1 & 2. I've been wanting these for quite awhile. They are out of print and can cost a pretty penny. I got both for less than half the usual cost of one. SWEET!!!!

And some HULK goodness of corse. A lot of RED HULK books I recently won. Love the covers on these.

And finally my "helper". Buzz was supposed to be my photography assistant. But he decided sleep was better.

Well I just got back from Wally World and picked up another DC Classics figure. This time Tyr followed me home. He looks all evil and bad ass.

Nice sets Johnny. That Spider-man series was great back then. I need to catch up with the missing issues so I can read them all again. And Pauls right. X-Men. I see several in there I still need of the Uncannys. Hopefully with this deal I got in the works I'll be able to fill those spots in.
