The last time I did one of these it was on RS, I took all my pictures, posted it up & then promptly deleted the photos from photobucket & killed all my links...lesson learned! Over the past year my stuff has been in & out of storage, as we have been unsuccessfully trying to sell our house. We gave up & now I get to reclaim my space!

This is easily one of my favorite pieces, I got a great deal on it because it was incomplete. I thought how hard could this be to finish...almost two years later & it is finally done!

thanks for the kind words fellas! much appreciated the Death Star took almost 2 weeks to put together, it is enormous! I cannot recommend it enough, we tried photographing the build but then got to involved & just forgot. I'm pretty sure a guy on RS filmed himself building it.

Long overdue update, life has been throwing me curve balls so I haven't been able to find the time to finish unpacking & setting up...I'm sure everyone can relate to that

For starters, here is the "centerpiece" of the room & the inspiration for the color scheme! The print was a one year anniversary present from my wife! First year is paper (or something) & this fits that bill.
