I think your Han is the PBP variant, there's also an identical COO figure but with a pink face that's found on Palitoy cards. Your RS's face is discolored. My pic at the end of this thread is the pink face Palitoy variant.

I was thinking exactly the same about the Han Hoth variant when I saw the figure in your limelight today.

He is the PBP pale face variant, 99% sure. I don't understand why I missed the figure the first time I looked at your limelight.

I remember that another Swedish member Claes (aka Rawlin) got a PBP Han Hoth from a lot of figures which he had bought. I don't know whether he bought the lot in Sweden or abroad.

Do you remember how you obtained this figure?

i bought han pale face of a guy in sweden,he told me that he put up ads in stockholm in the early 90`s that he wanted to buy sw collections so he had a lot of figures to sell when i started my collection in 2005.

It must have come of a trilogo card cause we had lots of them, feels like sweden was the last resort for sw figures in 1986.
The six 12 or 21 backs i showed in the other thread is the only sw cards i ever seen with swedish priceads, so im pretty sure we only had esb, jedi, trilogo and potf cards for sale in sweden.

So possibly the pale face Han Hoth might not be exclusive for PBP (like many other 'PBP' figures which also appeared on European cards). Interesting!

Might be wrong so correct me if I am... but I thought the chocolate (dark legs) Han Hoth is the only "exclusive" PBP Hoth Han? At least this what I thought I read from the PBP thread talked about, agreed on between Wolff and JaviSpain.

The pale face han Hoth is not exclusive to PBP? That seems to be the case indeed, thx for letting me know. Very Happy

That would also explain why he ended up in Sweden sometimes on a non PBP card.

Sorry for hijacking your limelight thread, Yeah sus!. I will stop now. Very Happy

Here's two pale pink face PBP Han Hoths on Pal 45 backs - complete with PBP stormie guns. The first also has a Clipper catalogue on the back, so you might want to include that as a Clipper rather than Palitoy

Its like when you say "speaking of the devil, and he stands in the hallway"

There is also one about finish what you have started"if you put the devil in the row boat, you have to row"

Do you get it?
