i just got quoted a 30 euro shipment cost for a jigsaw puzzle sized box, weighing about as much as a well packed MOC.. hello european union? what gives?

That seems way too high even if it was recorded and signed. I paid 10 euros non recorded for a 12" Star Wars record from Spain that was quite heavy and packed with thick cardboard. Maybe send Javi a PM to check?
