I had mentioned previously i plan to hold a 2010 Giant TIG Free Vintage Raffle.

There will be at least 5 top prizes on offer giving at least lucky 5 members the chance to walk away with some great vintage prizes!

The types of prizes will range from minty variants to quality MOC's through to MIB items!!

The Giant Free Vintage Raffle will go live once (if lol) we gain 100 members on the site

Once the raffle goes live all TIG members can enter free of charge regardless of how long they have been on the site So it doesn't matter if you have just joined or have a post count of 800+ keeping checking the site for further information

We currently have 62 members so that means we need to find 38 more peeps to join our community i think this figure is something that we can achieve over the coming year by working together.

Some ideas for gaining new members -

Most of us buy / sell on eBay so if you have had a sound transaction with some who is clearly genuine then why not send them an invite to the forum.

The TIG classified's are really taking off so it would be a great opportunity to let your favorite sellers know that they can sell direct to collects on TIG completely free of charge.

Maybe send an invite to people who you have met or traded with in the hobby who arent yet members?

jay iam pretty sure the number you want to achieve wont take that long , i dont even think that that will need help from us if you know what i mean if you see the amuont of people that has joined already
what i wanne say , is if we start sending out these invites iam sure we can dubbel the amount and reach 200 memebers or close to by the next secret santa

only thing is by then you better make sure that the chatbox is 3 times the size it is now lol

btw , jay , so if i understand this correct the sec/min we reach a hunderd members and you noticed it

I just contacted two more people to come check the site out. It would be nice to see it reach at least 100 by the 6 month period.

My 2 friends are supposed to be joining tomorrow.

I wonder if we will get a fancy color for the recruitment team?

I got a long way to go for that. I'll be happy to finally make it to the 300 club.
