Here are his replies to my question about it being real, or possibly getting a 3rd party involved, or me paying to send it to AFA, etc.

you are more than welcome to bid-i don't do refunds,because i really don't know if its real/that's why i stated,you will reciev what is in pic.//...i am not try to pull your chain,or be decieving! I am not an expert-this is the only one i have-and ever had,so please don't bid,if u don't think it is real...i recently bidded on a rare D.T. myself,it was a ben kenobi...i was excited,but then the seller revised it and told me it might not be real...i then noticed-it didn't have pics of it seperated into 2 pieces like mine...i asked him,why not show that in a pic...his reply was-it doesn't come apart...so how can u tell mine is fake or not? i have only seen fakes on ebay,that don't seperate,like that auction,so i retracted my bid for his fake!...i can only tell u-read my auction,that's all i can tell you! don't bid-if u r not sure yourself----if no one really wins-that's cool,i will pass it to my nephew,in the bay area..no one is forced to buy-so use your own judgement...may the force be with / obi-wayne kenobi


i grew up on star wars as a kid,that why i have never dealt with so called repros..who is the seller that u think i mentioned who sells repros? i have the right to be as honest in my auctions as i see fit-don't bid if you don't want to-its your choice,i'm not stinkin' expert...this is the only 1,i have ever had in my 39 years! i hate to seem stand offish-i am just upset,that the winner had all sorta of excuses-and i gave him nearly 2 weeks,and then he send insults,after i tried to be as humanily considerate etc etc blah blah ya no what i mean dont take it any way personally just venting like a fool right now-sorry! as for afa thing-never done it/never tried.again-i live with vintage,and never repros.,so i don't have a way to compare......no one is judging you-no one-i mean no one is born perfect!

Also his answers are way over the top, hes being asked questions by experts and doesnt offer them the chance to explore it more, hes hoping someone just buys it.

He has a lot of custom buys, its possible hes ended up with it from a deal or been duped himself and wants rid of it, but his behaviour tells me otherwise.
