Wow Josh, the Japanese items are super sweet bow Thanks for adding. Nice Butterfly originals too Wouter. This range has a charm all of its own imo. I'll update the first page with all these later Cool

Congrats on completing the run AJ. Tomart's lists 11 characters, you have 12 so I'm guessing the orange Wicket in your lineup is an unpainted or stripped one, or even a variation/bootleg? Love the R2 btw with his legs just like the production figure.

The other pencil topper in the baggie might be a wicket from Buterfly Originals who also made a Vader, Royal Guard and C3PO. Not sure as I haven't seen any of these before. Is the baggie sealed? It looks pretty cool anyway Smile

edit: Hmm, I think the Butterfly Original toppers might be these ones

The orange Ewok is Paploo- painted & probably more common than Chirpa. But I guess could be classed as just a paint variation. There are a few other 'variants' a smaller Vader (which I have on order), I've seen a darker Ackbar & some Han Hoth variants in spoon's collection Smile

Weird. So Tomart's list Chirpa as 'Wicket'. I was already confused enough about which Ewok was which anyway lol.

Found another orange wicket/paploo on eBay

Great items again Cris cheers

Couple of questions to all... the Metal Box Ltd line.... the licensee is actually a UK company even though its tinware items were available in Germany & other European countries, plus US & Canada - so it should be listed as UK, not Germany right?

Same as the H.C. Ford record eraser? UK company. Even though it has 'made in Japan' stamped on it it should be listed as UK?

I'm not sure on either of these -the Metal Box Ltd. items were made in West Germany and the other-yes made in Japan-although neither have text in German or Japanese. Also-how is it my pics are showing up on page 1 under your first post? Is that something I did?

no not anything you did Cris - the 1st posts of each thread for the World of Odd section act as an index/overview for all pictures submitted. We take submitted photos and put them in the first post. The way you've been posting is fine.
