PostSubject: More eBay bullshit!   Mon Mar 01, 2010 10:01 pm

Just sent an ebay message to one of the lads Paul aka Leah Toys who is a top lad and vintage SW seller as well as been a member here at TIG regarding paying for an item and got this waffle back!

Use this as a word of warning lads to try and deal with people via the boards and not the ebay message system when you can!

Guys this shite has been pizzing me off for some time...

However there are ways round it if you want extra pictures sent to your email address from a sellerfor example (or if your a sneaky get like me and try to save a few quid by cutting out the fat cat by wheeling and dealing outside ebay)

Remove your @ sign from your address. e.g.

lukejedi@starwars.com

becomes:

lukejedi ("at starwars dot com")

Most sellers/buyers are intelligent enough to see the real address
