| so many vader cape's being smooth on both sides?
On another forum, the majority of people in a thread say their vader capes are double smooth. Mine has textured and smooth side. I always read that the largest percentage are dual capes(textured one side and smooth other). Is this majority of double smooth a trait of vader capes only? I thought only snowtrooper capes with tri-logo capes had double smooth that are legit in large numbers. Is this a case of people having european vader capes, repro's and don't know it, or am I really in the minority with my dual cape?
Check out your vader's and let me know if it's a US vs. European strangity(that's not a word is it?)

| This would be interesting to find out. I've got both types of capes. I bought a Vader to upgrade one and it was advertised as all original. It came with the cape smooth on both sides, but the saber was in fact vintage. I got it for a decent price, so I just swapped with my cape that was textured to make a nice vader. | I tend to say smooth and smooth is not to decide from good fakes....so if nobody has a moc I wouldnt believe.
Fact is that there are a lot of different legit capes out there: taiwan, Top Toys, Ledy, US, european and late capes....all have different texture ( and I probably forgot a few)

| That was what I was thinking... people who got rooked with repo's but too proud to admit it. It's a lot easier to say you have a variation. I don't know enough to say for sure. |
