PostSubject: Trooping with the 501st    Mon Oct 05, 2015 2:33 am

Getting very close to be a full 501st member, For a while I was going on troops with the Outer Rim Garrison here in Victoria as a Fleet Trooper but now I am pretty much kitted up to troop as an Imperial I just need to fix a few parts on my outfit so I can get fully approved. Here are some shots of us at the toy show for now I am an  imperial crewmen but it is great to finally fit in Smile.

This is someone dress as a Cylon with one of our troopers his costume was cool

I think I must hold the record for trying to join, I started a Gunner costume in 2013 it's still unfinished, a Snowtrooper in 2014 still unfinished and this year I've taken parts of the gunner and started a tie pilot (unfinished).
It's not helped by my lack of modelling skills to put the armour together.

Michael, we need to get together, if your doing a pilot now, then there a couple of guys with cleared pilot costumes maybe we can get together and help you finish it!

I look forward to seeing it complete! Once you start trooping Its an addiction! But I do recommend having 2 costumes ( or more), for variety,  ease on wear and tear and its always good to have a back up costume.

Great pics Larry!
Mike, that would be cool if you get some help to complete one of your costumes.
