Cool question. I wanted to revisit Star Wars A New Hope to check out the scenes with the Landspeeder and how the droids were placed on the back of it when it was moving. So I counted the words in the crawl... depending at which point you begin at before or after the logo, I make it 83 words.

HAPPY NEW YEAR all my fellow Star Wars brothers!  Let's hope this year is better then the last!  Now... I'm going to kick off this new year with a little something that I'm sure will test the true fans from the wannabes!  It's been over two weeks now since the new Star Wars movie "The Last Jedi" hit the theaters, and any Star Wars fan worth his salt would have seen it by now seeing as most of us have plenty of time off for the holidays!  So with that in mind, I'm gonna throw a few TLJ questions atcha and see just how good your memory serves you!  Muahahahahahaha... yes I know, I'm evil... didn't go to Evil Medical college for 10 years to be called Mister, thank you very much!  So let's kick off this new year with a bang shall we?

Question 71:
What is the name of the creature that Luke milked in The Last Jedi?

Answer:

First Correct Answer: Arohk

I remember the creature but don't recall the name being mentioned. I've been on vacation for the last two weeks and I'm still hungover from NYE so that might have something to do with it.

Havent seen it so I am going to make a random guess. He was milking a cgi- Disney crap- expanded universe- flying like Superman in space- cow. lol!

Btw, I haven't seen it but have read all sorts of reviews. The above statement may or may not be influenced by what i have read. Wink

The name was never mentioned in the movie, in order to know it you would have needed to have read the magazines and books or watched some of behind the scene stuff. But the answer to what they are called is Thala-Sirens or space gross me out sea cows lol.

Interesting. I didn't watch any trailers or read anything about it because I didn't want anything spoiled.

You have to admit it was a bit of an odd scene, right?

It was an odd scene yes. Especially as he drank it so greedily I seem to recall, and spilled most of it down his beard  unsure  I'm not sure they mentioned the name in the film. Maybe the credits?
I'm going to call it the many-teated milky goat dispenser.
Or maybe it's a distant cousin of Yarna d'al' Gargan  What a Face

Or Jar Jar god that I wished was just a bad dream lol. It was a good movie over all but I have to wonder with the SuperLeia part did Yoda or even Anakin have a hand in that, as we seen from various Canon and Legends of other uses of the Force even Yoda did something unexpected in the movie and he wasn't the only one. So one does have to look at that in a different light.

I remember this scene when Obi Wan is sneaking around disabling the tractor beam on the death Star. I've always thought that they said BT-16 or T-16 so that's my guess.

It could have been BT or VT... see even thou the actual scripted line was BT, the closed captioning in some of the releases incorrectly changed it to VT, so I would have taken either or! Good job TS! Until next week boys and germs! May the force be with you all!

I was positive it was VT but it's also a bit hard to make out, I will have to check my book with the script in it as well. I am curious how the older books are compared to newer items.

Good Monday to all you happy rebels out there... it's a start of a brand new week and you all know what that means... it's time for a brand new question!  That's right... I'm sure all you savvy starwarzians will have no problem with this one!  But remember the rules... no cheating by using the internet to find your answers... you can go back and watch the movies but that's the only leeway I'll give ya!  If you're a true fan this shouldn't be a problem!  So without further ado... here's this week's question...

Question 73:
What was the name of the pilot that flew Red-8 in ANH?

Answer:

First Correct Answer: TheSchwartz

Can never remember the numbers... not Luke or Biggs or Wedge I don't think. Will guess Porkins?
