Ok, so we all know George Lucas was fond of plaid patterns in his shirts.

so the millinium falcon scene was coming up and ILM being way ahead of their time was like "what are we going to do for this targeting system?" At the last minute one of them saw geirge in his latest shirt and was like "Yeah.....that is perfect".  They strapped him up in their brand new first time ever being used device:
The guys at ILM were thinking, well we cant have his entire body up there but the front and back of his shirt is perfect.

However as you can see by the circle they weren't able to hide his belly button so well. lol!

Was that a good enough answer to win a prize???

I'm pretty sure he says his name first and then goes on to say I'm captain of the Millennium Falcon.

So my guess is "Han Solo"

I didn't realize it wasn't symmetrical. Does one side have a ding or something? Guess I will go with a new hope. No real reasoning other than it was the first movie.

Way to go CU... yeah, all the other helmets were all made by hand and not a single one of them were ever completely symmetrical, it wasn't until RotS that they actually used a computer aided milling machine to completely create the helmut and it took out all of the guess work! Pretty cool huh?

Cool! It was just a guess on my part, and that was exactly my thinking, quizmaster! I remember reading something about the hand molding of the helmets in the OT, and they had only an initial $2,000 budget, so it was down and dirty.

I like that you are inclusive of the prequels. They do not receive enough love.

The name sort of sounds Greek or Latin but I literally have no idea.

This is an easy one.  So they were sitting around eating breakfast and trying to come up with some planet names. One of the guys took a bite of his morning pastry, looked down and realised it was a perfect name. With his mouth full he tried to exclaim the name of the pastry so it could be used as a planets name, unfortunately like I said his mouth was full.

Empire Strikes Back. The FX-7 medical droid lost nine arms and the 2-1B lost two arms when Luke returned to the infirmary to chop them off in a blind rage after seeing the photos they posted on social media of Luke in his nappy in a fish tank.

Very Happy

Actually I think it's Revenge of the Sith. Grievous loses at least two in a battle with Obi Wan, then I think Dooku loses both against Anakin.

Revenge of the Sith . . . again? Count Dooku lost two, Anakin lost one, Mace Windu lost one . . . Grievous two? I am sure their are others.

No big deal, but I totally counted all of the hands in my post — including Greivous! Razz But, to be fair, I initially did not see RotS in Artoo's reply, and only read his joke answer. He answered correctly, first.

Good Monday morning all you happy rebels out there... it's TRIVIA TIME!  That's right!  It's time for a brand new trivia question perfectly plucked from the tree of trivia!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend... mine was hunkered down waiting for a Hurricane to pass!  Thankfully it wasn't severe and was basically just alot of rain in my area!  So... let's get on with the question shall we?

Question 108:
What do The Tick and Star Wars have in common?

Let's see: both have movies, both have comics, both have action figures, both have cartoons, both have crappy idiotic characters (looking at you jar jar), but I bet no e of these is correct and it will be something completely off the wall like both had same composer or some oddball stuff like that.
