PostSubject: imperial blaster   Wed Jun 21, 2017 10:59 am

I recently bought a luke stormtrooper. The person I got it from said he had it from childhood. It has the original helmet, coin, and he said the original gun.I did all of the test to authenticate it.It is solid black and passes every test, but when I put it to a light source I can see a little translucence just in the edge on the upper piece on the barrel. Is this normal,or is the black gun not supposed to bee that thin in that area?I know this is a loaded question, but any help would be appreciated.

I believe its normal mine does the same, it's possibly due to how bright LED's are is what I am guessing.

Forget the bright light- the best way to tell if it's black is put it with as many other black weapons ie. Zuckuss rifle, Boushh rifle, black Palace blaster, NN pistol etc. etc. If it looks different- it's not black
