PostSubject: Help with my Glasslite Caca Estelar Asa-X   Sun Mar 04, 2018 5:49 pm

Hi,
I'm new to the forum, I've located it in google search. Need help.
Arranging a few things in my house, I located a toy of my old, a Glasslite Caça Estelar Asa-X.
Looking to find out more about it, I located the Glasslite Guide.
That was a big help.
But, I'd like you to help me figure out the value of my Glasslite Caça Estelar Asa-X.
Sorry for my poor english.

Welcome to TIG brbehl welcome

I bought my Glasslite X-Wing a few years back when prices were normal for around 100 Euros. Sadly I had to move it on for financial reasons last year and I got 270 Euros for it on eBay with several bidders interested.

The Caça Asa X is a beautiful and unique X-Wing, and my version was pristine and boxed, but with no insert or instruction sheet or transfer sheet. The wing opening function on mine was also faulty and only opened partially.

Yours should fetch a premium because you have the insert and two sheets. However there is some discolouration to the chassis underside and a wing of your vehicle which will detract a little from the price.

Try searching eBay complete listings and ask around any specialist Facebook groups for current prices.

When I sold mine I started it at around 100 Euros the price I paid and let it bid up. Pics of mine on my guide here: http://www.imperialgunneryforum.com/t7463-the-x-wing-fighter-variations-thread#Glasslite

Welcome to TIG brbehl!

Wow that's such a cool variation ; I never seen one before. I hope you find out the info you need and are able to pass on to someone who will appreciate the care you have shown it. It looks like it had a very careful owner.

Paul weren't you saying in one of our previous chats that you were thinking of recollecting sold x-wing pieces??? What a way to get back on the x-wing focus wagon  Very Happy
