Hey John, I was thinking - and I'm certainly not trying to tell you how to run YOUR raffle on YOUR website but I was thinking if it doesn't get to 25 people, would 20 people at $30 a pop work?

I know I certainly wouldn't mind paying an extra $5 for 5 less people to compete with....and the $25 lost in this option could be made up with one less survival pack (i.e. only 3 prizes).

I'll give it another day and then, if nobody else joins, offer up something like you suggest. I'll keep the 4 prizes though.
