| "Spot the deliberate mistake on this back"- the Falcon is the Empire's largest ship!!
My 5 dc cardbacks all originate from Singapore. I have been told quite a lot of 'Australian' stuff was sent there ( which would explain why I have 2nd wave of figures offerless 20 backs & offerless ESB 4LOM cardbacks) Of the 5 dc cardbacks 2 are Canadian ESB '3 line' a Canadian SW like Jess' a Toltoys SW & the 'transition' card. Now Toltoys & Canada Kenner had some affiliation with each other evident from the plastic Canadian Landspeeders where some are Toltoys marked.
" The very first kenner dc ESB back is the equivalent of jesse's one above. The Kenner one has photos of the production toys" what do you mean? |

It says the same on the Y-Wing box too - @aussiejames wrote:

That explains it and I'd bet the blue backed card is the last in the ESB run - @aussiejames wrote:

what do you mean? On Jesse's card the Falcon, Y-Wing and Cruiser are prototypes on my ESB X-Wing they are production images (though to be fair it is a later cardback) |

| Very interesting- a SW front with a latter ESB back ( my transition one ) & the early ESB cards have a back originally from a SW card. ( which makes more sense ) |

| thanks for plug James and the praise Jessie - I'd forgotten about this thread, can't believe it was 5 years ago that we discussed this. The Canadian stuff is still the area I'm most unsure of but no-one has chimed in to say the matrix is wrong |

Nice work! Regarding the mailers I didn't know the inner packaging was paper. My MIB Kenner X-Wing mailer came with tissue paper but I assumed the previous owner packed it like that. Congrats on a great site! _________________________________________________ Paul F,

| That's a great resource, especially the categorization system for the cardback variations. |
