Yesterday night I also looked at this video from Retroblasting about the epic fail of ROTJ toys. Very entertaining and so true!

It's funny how kenner reused so much molds for different lines, I've seen the robin hood playset before but the way he put it up it looks awesome. I sold my Ewok village because I thought it was so boring, and it wasn't complete either, but seeing that robin hood hideout makes me want to get one of those

Does anyone display them like they should be displayed? Would be worth tracking down the "right" sabre for each figure I reckon. While you are at it, you could get some other weapons to replace all the sticks That's what was good about Gi Joe. Loads of wepons usually.

Saw this video yesterday at RS and though it was well done and included some great references. I personally display my Luke's and Ben's with the lightsabers as Kenner issued them but now I am considering displaying an extra of each figure with the "correct" color sabers.

Great video. Very interesting. I actually haven't thought about the mystery with the yellow saber. I noticed and read up on the blue/green saber issue with the Luke Jedi figure, but this was really fun to see. I will check out the other video about ROTJ toys.

I love watching video's like that. Great post. Keep them coming.... I personally didn't put that much thought into the accessories as a kid.
