I wanted to share reaching a collecting milestone goal with you -- a couple of weeks ago I finished a 20 year long quest to complete a MOC collection! My definition/goal of that is an example of the 96 different figures on somekind of cardback. So that's all 92 figures listed on the back of a POTF card + solid dome R2 + sensorscope R2 + original C3PO + Yakface.
Very first MOC I got was a ROTJ squidhead which set the ball rolling. Very last one I got was a SW 20 back Original Luke to finish off with.
So where to next? I'm going to take a break from acquiring for a little while -- spent a small fortune this year chasing missing pieces. But next up I'm considering these goals:
1. Chase POTF carded versions for figures where available (hate to think what the Anakin is going to set me back here ...)
2. Chase down a set of POTF coins
3. Finish off some original weapons for my loose collection ie cloud car pilot comm link, Leia blasters etc ...
Thanks so much to the community here and the info on the site. It's been invaluable in recent months to satisfy myself that I've been getting genuine factory sealed MOCs and avoiding fake/reproduction items.

Welcome to the club Jared. It was my goal as well and felt good to complete!
If I had any advice for you, maybe try for foreign versions and sprinkle them in. You also get to rotate stock (buy a foreign R2, sell the US R2) so you aren't spending as much cash.
they guys are right though, let's see a limelight!!

Thanks guys. I'll see what I can do about a limelight. Might be difficult to organize right now with a dozen MOC here in the UK and the rest back in Australia. Obviously the money shot is to see all 96 in the same picture somehow. I'll see if I can get my folks onboard back in Aus and post some kind of montage ...
In fact now that I think about it, some recent acquisitions in Australia I haven't even seen yet for myself as my parents bid/won them for me on Aus ebay over recent months. Extra incentive to go back for a visit soon!
Dr Dengar -- I have actually been collecting/upgrading boxed vehicles/playsets this year too. 10 items to go and that will be a milestone complete. The missing ones aren't particularly rare so happy to wait for now.
DarthBerizing -- Nice idea of getting some variation in amongst the cardbacks. And like you say, now I have some "working capital" the task will be easier.

Huge congratulations to you Jared. It's always great to hear how collections are progressing.
If you have any mocs / variants in the UK not currently featured in the Figure Of The Week threads, please feel free to add some pictures. They will help to satisfy us until you're able to do a limelight.
Keep us up dated with your new collecting goals.

It's great to finally reach a milestone. I've done this twice now although neither count as I keep shifting the goal posts.
