Thanks for the comments guys The ROTLA Toht has the "Offer not available in Australia" sticker across the mail away details on both the front and back of the card. It's the same sticker that occasionally shows up on Star Wars items too.
I'll try to upload some more photos this weekend too, specifically of the range of Aussie price stickers on the cards I picked up in this lot. It was great to see so much history and diversity, it really brought back some memories

Nice little score arrived (thanks for the help Alex!) I can't remember exactly how many, but I only took shots of the Palitoy logo'd ones. (39 logo'd ~20 or more non logo'd) There's a bunch of 45/65's in there too and a couple Kenner cards with Palitoy offer sticker on the back. Pretty happy to get a huge bump to the cardbacks I have.
Die Casts
12 Backs
20 Backs
30 Backs
41 Backs
My storage for now....
cheers!

After trying out a few options for a nice display method, I decided on using the Itoya Art Portfolio 9"x12" with 24 acid free pages which holds 48 card backs in total side by side.
It allows for a nice flip through and shows the fronts and backs nicely. I'll will try to see if I can double them up for my trilogos since the backs are all the same. It would be nice to have all mine in one book.
I just picked one up to see and so far I think this works best for my purposes. I;ll need to fins some nice SW themed bookends next. |8
They are $8 with free prime shipping at Amazon (in the US) so I just ordered 5 more. That should hold a good majority of the backs I want to show. And printing a quick spine makes them sit on the shelf nicer plus helps quickly ID whats in what.
This one is just my Palitoy stuff (mostly front logo'd). No particular order other than main batches all together (12, 20, 30, etc.) not by sub-batches (A,B, etc.).
Video just to show better how it looks and works in hand.
cheers!

Love the set up Jay. That looks great. Im going to look into those. I might put one face up and one back up so I can see both sides on one page. Just a thought.

Thanks guys. I really like them and actually picked up 3 more since they were $7 shipped when I went back and looked (amazon is weird and changes prices a lot on almost daily a basis with some things ).
So I got to get my TriLogos all inside one binder now. I just have 48 at the moment so I went with 4 per page and this gave me 48 on 12 pages (exactly half of the book).
Now the real project of figuring out what order to try to show off my others. Since I have no real runs, I'll probably try to go for character order to start and see where that takes me.
So much easier already to flip and see what I have quickly.
cheers!

On the previous page in this thread, I shared my Palitoy cardbacks which included 11/12 12 backs which was only missing the rare wookie.
Well, thanks to a little shipping assistance from Alex, my Palitoy 12 back run is complete!
Chewbacca Palitoy 12A
I need to upgrade a few, Luke most importantly, but for now, I am really happy to complete a run I wasn't quite sure I could without spending gobs of cash to do it.
Anyway................
cheers!

What time is your presentation Jason? I'm planning on attending the show, but don't know how long I can stay.
Would you prepared to post your presentation here after FF8 for the benefit of those that can't make it?

Haven't got an exact time yet, they are generally between 1pm-3pm.
Will post up a PDF after FF8.

Wow, someone's been busy Nice Ledy cardbacks there James. I've always loved the look of that Artoo image and wished Kenner had used that back in the day.
