3 months ago I had a stroke and since then I have al lot of spare time because I am not allowed to work.
I always liked Star Wars vehicles and now I've started buying and restoring them back to their former glory. New stickers etcetera and they all work!
I joined this forum because I had a question about the small battery compartment in the snowspeeder

Glad to be apart of this forum.

My name is Ian & I'm 39 yrs old from Massachusetts.

I've always been a huge fan of Star Wars & started collecting in the mid 90's when I got excited over learning about the re-release of the original trilogy in theaters.

I first started collecting carded 12 backs & now mostly collect loose stuff because I think it's a lot more fun & definately cheaper!

Anyway, glad to be aboard!

Hi, my name is Dario, from Spain, I´m new here... sorry but my english is so bad.
I collect vintage star wars toys, and my focus are the POCH/PBP figures.
I´m here to learn and meet people with the same hobby.

to TIG Dario. We have a few poch/PBP collectors here and we always enjoy seeing photo's and leaning more about them. So feel free to contribute to the relevant threads (oh, and your English is fine).

Hi I'm Yoda's_uncle AKA Jon,

Well you guys seem to like your variant stuff.

My Jedi Powers are limited to Uzay, Glasslite and Lili Ledy however I have given up a little bit due to the weapons nightmare,(although this site has helped me over the years).

I have a about 600 vintage figures with about 2-300 Star wars although some are polish bootlegs and the like.

I'm more of a loose man as they were what I played with as a kid and I cut all of the names out of my cards and sent off for the Emperor! I have a couple of carded but nothing to shout about.

I have also done a bit of UKG ing in the past, but I will never UKG my original collection, just the scores I'm really proud of.

I love this site and the wealth of knowledge here and I'm sure I have another account but god knows what it is as I have been around longer than the internet!
