Hi there.

I treated myself to a Canon SX710 HS last year.. it's a simple point & shoot affair that does all of the hard work for me, I often joke that all I do really is point the thing at what I to photograph
I like it's compactness & 30X zoom lens, it's great for air shows & the military re-enactment events I like to visit:





I do use the editing programmes, that come with Windows, for simple tasks such as cropping & altering/correcting exposure but nothing fancy as I'm not technically minded & have no training... uploading to Flickr I then add a frame & sometimes play with their filters.

And it works well, your camera must be really expensive, this cant just all be editing?

Great Imperial Attack Base shots. Did it take a few goes to get the ones with your hand showing some of the action features? That's one thing taking a still shot but an action shot too

The camera's got a "Sport Mode" setting.. press the button & it takes more shots per second than an Uzi 9mm

Seriously, it can take few attempts to get it all in focus & get the subject in frame but you can achieve some great pictures:
