Phillip Wise, the owner of rebelscum, has had his fett stolen sometime in the last two weeks. If a rf shows up please contact him or the team here so we can point him in that direction.

Phillip got the fett back as well as the accused apparently admitted to taking other items. He is apparently known in the community, but I don't know that I have ever heard of the individual. The individuals name is Carl Cunningham. Phillip has asked that if you have had any dealing with this man from California over the last two years to please contact him.
