Earth toy mall has all sorts of display item. I have ordered stands and cases but never gotten the round tubes. I see they have various ones though. Some look like clear bottom and some with the black bottoms.

Whoa, I've never seen those before.

I'm intrigued, although I think if you have too many of them it'll take up unnecessary amounts of space.

For myself I prefer to get rectangular display cases like the ones AFA graded figs come in. They just look better when displayed side to side.

You could always go with the acrylic figure display case, which are also cool looking. They are also available from the same site.
