Looking at Imperial Gunnery, there only seems to be one repro Emperors cane which is the painted version.

I've got a cane which sinks, and is not painted.

So, do all legit Emperor canes float? Are there legit examples that sink?

Hi Lewis as hard as we try to catalogue all known reproductions it is an ongoing battle. Yes there are unpainted ( moulded in black plastic) fakes that sink. All known originals float.
