I found a neat mail order promo (of sorts) at a show today. It's a pretty normal ROTJ movie still postcard, nothing crazy, on the front. The back is pre-printed for a dentists office to fill in a patients name and address and stuff. It is a reminder card for [patients name] to come in for their checkup and get some free Star Wars swag. This one was never mailed. Anyone remember getting one of these in the mail? I always love finding out about mail promos.

Haven't seen one of those. Sounds like a fun promo at the time, especially as they offered some swag. Do you have pics?
