I was recommended to come here and ask you guys if this is a palitoy variant, someone said this one could be a PBP variant because of the textured cape. What do you guys think? Very appreciated!

It's not a PBP Vader. Yours looks like family 1 coo on the Variant villain site. PBP is family 6 and the Hong Kong part has been scarred out. cape could possibly be a PBP leather texture cape. But it could also be a fake or repro. its hard to tell from the pic.
